Ky-Mani has been an extremely popular Reggae Singer for many years. Born in Falmouth Jamaica, he was one of the most wealthy and most popular. Shottas was an iconic film where he was in the film with another vocalist Wyclef. Ky-Mani signed to Shang Records and recorded his debut album in 1996, like Father Like Son. This was followed by numerous singles including Dear Dad, which topped British Reggae Charts. Who The Cap was a perfect fit (remix), and Sensimelia. They all contributed to Ky-Mani's reputation as a rising reggae artist. Morgan appeared alongside other actors in the documentary film Safe Sex for Men and Women, which focuses on AIDS prevention and education. A portion of the proceeds was donated to the American Foundation for AIDS Research. She is a member of the Entertainment Industry's AIDS Task Force. Morgan was the leader of numerous fund-raising efforts for the illness and has testified in an Congressional Special Committee regarding AIDS Education.
